Comprehensive Bulk Data Deletion System: Added system-wide bulk delete functionality for core app data including shifts, attendance, leave management, and timesheets. Super admins can access this through Admin > General Settings > Core App Data Management with confirmation text requirements for safety.
EPMS Complete Data Reset Capability: Implemented comprehensive EPMS data deletion that removes all performance reviews, goals, feedback cycles, merit matrices, development plans, and competency assessments. Available in EPMS > Admin Settings > Danger Zone with "DELETE ALL EPMS DATA" confirmation requirement.
Configurable Goal Form Fields: Added customizable goal form field configuration allowing administrators to show/hide specific fields like goal type, priority, SMART criteria, and approval requirements. Accessible through EPMS > Admin Settings > Goals Management > Form Configuration.

Three-Tier Workflow Restrictions: Enhanced goal creation permissions to restrict employee goal creation in three-tier approval workflows, ensuring proper manager oversight. Applies automatically when three-tier workflow is enabled in EPMS settings.
Increased Goal Description Limits: Extended goal description character limit to 5,000 characters with real-time character counters in all goal creation and editing forms throughout the EPMS module.
System Analytics Pagination: Added pagination to session journey analytics and improved statistics accuracy for better performance with large datasets. Available in System Admin > System Analytics > User Journeys.
Enhanced Ad-Hoc Shift Handling: Improved shift assignment logic for ad-hoc shifts with better validation and EPMS role overview integration in shift management interfaces.
